Strange Stories Lost to time.

Today, my mother came across something interesting. She found an old copy of Master Detective Magazine. In this copy from 80 years ago, (After searching because the cover was gone, and, there was no table of contents save the strip with the copyright date on it I found it was the November 1935 issue.) With two related news paper clippings from a couple years later. My grandmother being a hoarder this discovery isn't exactly surprising, aside from the fact that the story that she had singled out I couldn't find on Google. I understand that not all storied that are told are remembered but, to find something not documented makes me sad. So, I'm going to tell you of Myrtle Latimer. Though my knowledge of the case is cursory at best, It starts July 2nd 1934, with a postman who goes about finding a pension check Recipient's ($30 whole dollars a month.) living status.
